Our returns policy is pretty simple: Purchased Goods: If you are not happy with your purchase after 14 days, return the items to us in the same condition that we supplied it to you and we will refund your money. Rented Goods: If you are not happy with the operation of your computer after 30 days, return the computer and accessories to us in the same condition which we delivered the computer and accessories to you and we will 'tear up' our rental agreement with you and refund any rent paid. If you are not happy with the operation of your computer beyond 30 days, return the computer and accessories to us in the same condition in which we delivered it to you and we will 'tear up' our rental agreement with you and refund your last months rent. Up-Grades: All up grades prior to the completion of the Rental Agreement are subject to discussion and will be carried out in fair and reasonable manner by us. |
